      Hello! My name is Mayali Geyling. I am a Baltimore and Boston based artist. I earned my BFA in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where I am also currently pursuing an MAT in Art Education.

      Besides my focus in painting, I enjoy using mixed media materials such as India ink, charcoal, acrylic and oil paint, paper mache, markers, pens, and other 3D media. I strive to incorporate mainly collected materials into my artwork. Most of my work is inspired from topics on political, social, and environmental issues as well as my personal experiences.
